About the event

At this Masterclass, members of the Craft Distillers of Nova Scotia including distillers, representatives of Barrelling Tide, Compass Distillery, Ironworks Distillery, James Roue. The evening will include discussions of rum history, what techniques local distillers are using to make their rum, and of course samples of each of their fine spirits. Moderated by Canadian spirit expert Davin de Kergommeaux.
